Departure from our place of origin with destination Villena. We will start the morning visiting the castle of Villena, this spectacular fortress was built by the Almohad Empire at the end of the s. XII, as a refuge for the Muslim population of Villena. The inner wall and the first two floors of the keep with its imposing vaults, unique in Spanish castles, date from this period.
After that, we will visit La Jaima, one of the best costume-making workshops for the Moors and Cristiano festivities, so deeply rooted in the Vinalopó valley.
The morning will end at the Francisco Gómez Winery, we will follow the wine route where we visit the winery chapel, the vineyards and gardens, the production rooms, the barrel room, the Fondillón Hermitage, the society of niches and the museum of olive oil. After the explanation, we will go on to taste 4 types of wines and 2 extra oils accompanied by a large selection of Iberian sausages.

In the afternoon, we will go to the town of Biar, where we will visit the Biar castle, declared a National Monument. It‘s origins are muslim and is located on a rocky hill with an height of 750 m.
At the end, return to our place of origin. End of services.
