PRE-CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS

The trips included in this website include the basic data of the trip. The travel agency must provide the traveller with all the supplementary pre-contractual information in accordance with point 1 of article 153 of the current Combined Travel Law and related travel services, before the traveller is bound by the appropriate package travel contract.

SUCH PRECONTRACTUAL INFORMATION WILL INCLUDE:

1. The main characteristics of the travel services indicated below:
   1. The destination or destinations of the trip, the itinerary and the periods of stay, with their dates and, when accommodation is included, the number of overnight stays included.
   2. The means of transport, their characteristics and categories, the points, dates and times of departure and return, the duration, the places of the intermediate stops and the transport connections. If the exact time is yet to be determined, the traveller will be informed of the approximate time of departure and return.
   3. The location, the main characteristics and, if applicable, the tourist category of the accommodation in accordance with the regulations of the corresponding country of destination.
   4. The planned meals.
   5. Visits, excursions or other services included in the total agreed price of the combined trip.
   6. In the event that this information cannot be deduced from the context, an indication of whether any of the travel services will be provided to the traveller as part of a group and, if so, where possible, the approximate size of the group.
   7. If the enjoyment of other tourist services depends on the traveller’s ability to communicate effectively verbally, the language in which said services will be provided.
   8. At the request of the traveller, if the trip or vacation is generally suitable for people with reduced mobility, precise information on the suitability of the trip or vacation based on their needs.
2. The commercial name, the full address of the organizer and, where appropriate, the retailer, as well as the telephone number and email address of both.
3. The total price of the package with all taxes included and, where applicable, all commissions, surcharges and other additional costs or, if these costs cannot be reasonably calculated before the conclusion of the contract, an indication of the type of costs additional that the traveller may have to bear.
4. The payment methods, including any amount or percentage of the price that must be paid as an advance and the deadlines to pay the balance, or the financial guarantees that the traveller has to pay or provide.
5. The minimum number of people necessary to carry out the combined trip and the deadline referred to in article 160.3.a), before the start of the combined trip, for the possible cancellation of the contract if said number is not reached.
6. General information on passport and visa requirements, including the approximate time to obtain visas, and information on health procedures for travel and stay in the destination country.
7. Indication that the traveller can terminate the contract at any time before the start of the package trip, in exchange for the payment of an appropriate penalty or, where appropriate, the standard penalty applied for this concept by the organizer, in accordance with Article 160.1.
8. Information on the subscription of optional insurance that covers the expenses incurred in the event that the traveller decides to terminate the contract or the assistance expenses, including repatriation, in the event of an accident, illness or death.

IMPORTANT:

All pre-contractual information may undergo modifications that will be communicated to the traveller / client before the conclusion of the package travel contract, in accordance with chapter 1, article 154 of Royal Decree-Law 23/2018, of December 21, of transposition of directives on trademarks, rail transport and package tours and related travel services.

ORGANIZATION

The technical organization of the trips corresponds to the agency Breeze Tours SL, with registered office in Calle Alemania 34 Entlo D, Alicante (Spain), with CIF B67658682 and Tourism License CV-Mm2385-A registered in the Mercantile Registry in Volume 4421 , folio 105, inscription 1 with sheet A-176885.
