Departure from the place of origin to Font de la Figuera, where one of the most innovative wineries in the area is located. Upon arrival we will visit the Bodegas Arráez, where the process and the winemaking and bottling of an artisanal wine will be explained. We will have the opportunity to taste and learn how to make our own wine that at the end of the activity we can take home in a personalized bottle along with an accrediting diploma.
After the activity we go to the Restaurant where we will taste delicious dishes from the area.
In the afternoon we go to Biar, a town located in the interior of the province of Alicante where we will visit this important town with a local guide, which was an important defence’s bastion in Muslim times. We will visit its historic centre where they will tell us about its festivals, culture and historical heritage. Next, we will visit the Biar castle built in the 12th century, located on a hill that dominates the town of Biar, in the Alto Vinalopó region.
Then we will do the nougat route where they will explain the importance of almond cultivation in the province of Alicante to consolidate the local economy of municipalities such as Biar and Jijona, at the end we will receive a sweet gift.
Upon completion, we return to our place of origin. Arrival and end of services.
